In 1996 BRAIN acquired and successfully restored a technology campus with some 2500 m² laboratory, production and office areas located in several buildings.

Research & development are located in the main building, which was designed and erected in 1934/35 following the philosophy of the Bauhaus school of arts. Functionality and marketability of a respective project were the basis and the success of the Bauhaus era. As a research and development company BRAIN is following the Bauhaus philosophy and spirit.
